Andrew (Andy) Wolfe is managing partner and "Chief Deal Puncher" of Dealer Concepts, LLC., an industry leading customer retention and loyalty company serving thousands of car dealerships and after-market service centers throughout North America.
The Punch-A-Deal® Key Tag is the hallmark product of Dealer Concepts, LLC.. Similar to loyalty programs found at grocery and drug stores. The Punch-A-Deal® Key Tags are used by auto dealers to encourage customers to return to their dealership for oil changes and all their auto service needs.
Wolfe founded Dealer Concepts, LLC. in 2000, along with fellow managing partner Gina Klokeid. Currently, he develops marketing campaigns and coordinates all new business initiatives Dealer Concepts, LLC.. As an industry expert Wolfe enjoys writing bylined articles in many trade publications.
Prior to founding Dealer Concepts, LLC., Wolfe was co-founder and vice president of Stoneage.com, a top five Internet car buying company. He also was a partner and vice president at Harvey Wolfe Company where he worked for more than 10 years developing marketing campaigns using Outdoor Advertising as his medium of choice.
Wolfe serves on the Hero's Committee for Children's Hospital of Michigan where he lends his marketing expertise to help develop creative programs to raise money for the Hospital. In addition, Dealer Concepts, LLC. gives a portion of its profits to the hospital.
Wolfe graduated from Michigan State University, in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He lives in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
Gina Klokeid is a managing partner of Dealer Concepts, LLC.. She co-founded the company in 2000 along with fellow managing partner Andrew Wolfe. She currently oversees day-to-day operations including accounting, graphic design, human resources, and marketing. Prior to joining the founding team of Dealer Concepts, LLC., Gina was one of the original employees of Stoneage.com and helped make the Web site a top five online car buying service.
Lindsay has been with Dealer Concepts, LLC. since June 2003. She currently works with the sales department to process customer's requests and also maintains the training for the Points Program.
When Lindsay is not at Dealer Concepts, LLC., she enjoys relaxing at home with her husband and two very spoiled dogs, Tanner a Golden Retriever and Trooper a Black Lab. When she can get away for a quick vacation, she goes to her family's cabin in Houghton Lake, Michigan to enjoy fishing and ATV rides.
Since coming out of retirement in August of 2004, Larry has rewarded Dealer Concepts, LLC. by sharing invaluable insight with the team. Larry spent seventeen years with Castrol North America, and now maintains and grows the Punch-A-Deal® program Castrol offers to their dealers and service centers.
Larry is the proud Grandpa to Carson and Cameron who are his best fishing buddies. Larry said, if he had known they were so much fun, he would have had them first! A life-long resident of the Flint area and former officer in the U.S. ARMY Reserves. Larry is a former Western Michigan University Bronco, earning his BBA degree in 1970.
Scott joined the Dealer Concepts, LLC. family in 2004 as our beloved "Graphics Guru." Prior to working for Dealer Concepts, LLC., Scott spent more than ten years in the printing industry. He received his bachelor's degree in Graphic Communication with a minor in web design from Baker College of Auburn Hills.
Scott was born and raised in Swartz Creek, Michigan, and spends his free time with his family and two cats. He also enjoys bike riding, painting, and clicking away on his camera. However, he spends the majority of his time renovating his new home.
Julie came to Dealer Concepts, LLC. in January 2004 to manage the Valvoline Company account. She is responsible for account maintenance and customer service, as well as entering new orders, following up on artwork information, and answering customer questions. Much of Julie's time is dedicated to putting new programs in place and maintaining the valuable relationship with the Valvoline Company.
She enjoys spending time with her husband Jason, her dog Kane, and her cat Lila. Julie also enjoys vacationing in the woods, gardening, and acting as the office's green thumb and making sure everyone's plants are properly cared for.
Justin joined the Dealer Concepts, LLC. team in 2006 after a work study internship at the company. His interest in mathematics, physics, and computers led him to study mechanical engineering from Oakland University. In addition, Justin recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications and a minor in Computer Programming from Baker College of Auburn Hills.
