Notes from the Editor

There was an outstanding turnout this year at the NADA Show in Las Vegas, and it was great to see the many faces of our existing clients as well as meeting so many new clients. After attending many workshops and reading the industry trade publications, it is very gratifying to see the industry is finally taking customer retention seriously. Servicing your existing customers is your life blood, not only the most profitable side of the business; it also keeps the customer YOUR customer for future car purchases as well as accessory purchases.

Remember, you do not have to increase your advertising/marketing budgets one penny...Simply reallocate how the money is spent. Take care of your existing customers and they will reward you with a lifetime of repeat business!
