Notes from the Editor
In my more than 20 years in the advertising and marketing business, I have seen how competitive the dealer world has become. You are constantly bombarded with new products and services that promise to be "the next great thing" toward contributing to your bottom line. Many of these offerings are more hype than reality and trying to sort through the fact from fiction can be a full-time job.
Each year, you are being held to more accountability with regard to your investment choices. Dealer Concepts, LLC. understands this, having spent hundreds of hours interviewing, visiting and helping our customer understand the ROI of the Punch-A-Deal® product.
All of that aside, the automotive industry continues to be hungry for new ideas. In an extremely competitive market, it is often the little things you do that differentiate yourself from the guy down the street that is selling the identical product or service. In this issue of Retention, we are excited to share some of our recent findings as well as a couple of new ideas to separate you from your competition.

Retaining Your Customers for Life.
The Results are in...
We recently conducted a survey of more than 1,200 customers to track our progress with Punch-A-Deal® and improving your customer retention. We distributed the survey electronically through Zoomerang.com, a third-party research company. The results blew us away! Here's what we learned:
Overall satisfaction: 100 percent of our customers were either satisfied or extremely satisfied with the Punch-A-Deal® products.
The competition: 80 percent of our customers said that compared to other available marketing and retention programs, Punch-A-Deal® products are a better solution.
Referrals: 99 percent of our customers are very likely to recommend the Punch-A-Deal® product to another business.

What's New...
Share-A-Deal™
Besides the obvious benefits of the traditional Punch-A-Deal® approach, many of our more proactive and successful dealers are sharing the Key Tag with friends, family and other business-to-business partners. Because of this demand, we have put together the Share-A-Deal™ program. Dealer Concepts, LLC. provides your business with small bags that hold approximately a dozen Punch-A-Deal® in each. Your employees will become guerilla marketers for your store by handing your Key Tags out to their friends and family members and encouraging them visit your business for service.
