Notes from the Editor
October is our favorite month at Dealer Concepts, LLC.. Not only is it the prettiest time of the year in Michigan, we are celebrating our 5th anniversary of serving the Loyalty/Retention needs of the automotive industry. We could not have made it without the dedicated team at Dealer Concepts, LLC. or without the help of what are now over 2,500 Punch-A-Deal® customers nationwide. Through feedback from our employees and customers, we have been able to maintain our leadership position in the loyalty business. We look forward to our 5th year being the biggest and best yet!
This month we would like to introduce John C. Smith a.k.a. "Fobologist." John has been a member of the sales team at Dealer Concepts, LLC. since 2003 and recently decided to concentrate his efforts in customer retenetion. His goal is to ensure that all of our customers get the MOST out of their Punch-A-Deal® Retention Programs.
