Notes from the Editor

With gas prices on the rise and new car sales slowing, there has never been a better time to fine-tune your loyalty & customer retention efforts. In case you have not gotten the memo yet, the days of spending tens of thousands of dollars on newspaper ads, cable tv spots, and direct mail are over! Over the coming months your existing customers are going to be the lifeblood of your business.
