"As I was saying the punch card program works well--we decided to go a step further and encourage our customers to go ahead and bring us their other vehicles that way we could punch to their "free" oil change faster...what ended up happening is they started bringing their vehicles here for pretty much anything--we do service all makes and models here unless it is so specific we don't have the special tools or of course warranty situations--but hey, we have gained a lot of "new" vehicles with our "old" customers, I think people would be surprised how many of their customers go to different places depending on where they purchased their vehicles, not even realizing that maybe one place can do all (or most) of their servicing."
