How much does it cost?
We have programs available with various OEM’s, Oil companies and distributors. Pricing may vary depending on which program you qualify for. Pricing is dependent on the type of product you order; ie. key tag vs post card and the quantity ordered. Our complete owner loyalty program starts at only $199/month. The average cost of Key tags vary in price from .25-.60 cents each.

How long does it take to get my order?
Within twenty-four hours of placing an order, someone from our graphics department will be in contact with you. They will help you through every step in the design process. From the time you approve your artwork, your order ships to your doorstep in approximately 3-4 weeks.

What is included in my order and how does Dealer Concepts differentiate itself from the competition?
Rewards programs is all we do. When you do only one thing, you tend to be the best in the world at it. Our pricing for reward programs include the following:

  • Product – Key tags, wallet cards, combo cards or post cards
  • Artwork – all artwork & plate fees are included
  • Shipping – UPS ground shipping
  • Hole punch – Heavy duty car shape punch
  • Point of sale kits – Banner, table top signs and window static clings to help promote your new program
  • Web access page – we provide you with a personalized web access page in order to allow you customers to submit an online request for a membership/loyalty card
  • Monthly newsletter – chalk full of ideas an solutions to constantly increase your customer retention

What is the best offer to have on my Punch-A-Deal?®
There is not one best offer. Every one of our punch cards is completely customized for each businesses unique needs. The offers and promotions fit into your marketing objectives. Our most popular offer is “Buy four and get the fifth FREE!”.

I have never done a reward/points program, how do I come up with what our reward structure should be?
Our reward/points program is completely customizable and rewards can be changed at anytime. We start you off with a template reward structure and will help you customize it for your store. Typically, rewards are equivalent to a 5% value. So for example, if a customers spends $500, they would get 500 points which would equal to a $25 value. Your reward at this level, could be a $25 service credit or Free oil change.

I’m not an artist, do I have to know what I want on my key tags when I order and will someone help me with the design?
Once you place your order, we will take care of the rest. You are in the business of selling and servicing cars, we are in the business of being experts on loyalty programs and custom designs. Once you place an order, we will e-mail or fax you an Artwork Request Form. All we ask is that you simply scribble out what elements you would like to see on your reward card. Visit our samples page to get some ideas of what other stores have done.

How do I get samples?
Just ask! We have thousands of samples waiting to find a home. Call (888) GET.IDEAS (866.438.4332), email, or fax 248.681-0801 and we will get samples out to you right away!

How do I get started?
The first step is to figure out your Best Practice quantity. Fill out our online Return-on-Investment (ROI) Calculator to calculate your Best Practice Quantity, your program investment, and your estimated return on investment. You can even estimate co-op contributions and expense allocation!

How many tags should I be ordering?
After having handled orders for over 5000 dealerships and service centers nationwide over the past 12 years, our customers have helped us come up with what we call the BEST PRACTICE quantity. If you are a dealership, you should order a 6 months supply bases on the number of new cars + used cars + total service RO’s. If you are a service center, your BEST PRACTICE quantity is simply a 6 month supply of customers. You will be handing out a lot of key tags for the first 6 months until every one of your customers have their own, then the hand out rate will drop off.
