I just wanted to let you know how successful the Loyalty Program has been for our company. We track all of our marketing promotions and know that this program keeps our customers coming back. On our most recent tracking period of 2009 we recieved an average of 6 customers per month coming in with the Birthday and Anniversary letters and an average of 11 customers per month using their buy 4, get 1 free oil change key tag. Our average repair order on the Loyalty Program was $348.46 and the Punch-A-Deal is $142.83. We calculated our cost per client on the Punch-A-Deal was 18% and the Loyalty Program 12%.
